HOW
Click on "Book tickets": You will be asked to provide an email address and a telephone number for each participant. Tickets can be purchased securely via our online booking system at any time.
Select the date and performance time of your choice (grey slots are not open for sale), and the number of tickets you would like to purchase (each slot has a limited number of tickets available, updated in real time).
You have just made a booking: We will send you an email confirming your registration for the chosen performance. If you did not receive the email, please contact us via: mailto:info@contactshow.co.uk for UK, or contact@c-o-n-t-a-c-t.fr for France.
You will receive an email containing everything you need to know upon booking and before you attend the experience.
It will contain the link to download the application. You can download it from your home WIFI or with a 3G / 4G connection (app size: approximately 6 MB, plus approximately 60 MB when you choose the language).

You will have to wait until the day of the performance to start the application process in the application.

The link to download the application will be sent to you via email along with other useful information. Click on the link to download the application in the apps store. You willthen be guided all the way through the installation process.

Bring your smartphone with you.
Please note that only Android or iOS mobile phones are compatible with the application.
Make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged so it lasts for the whole duration of the experience (about 50 minutes).
Make sure that your data plan allows you to have your 3G / 4G activated at all time to stay connected to the audio stream of the application.
Bring your headphones (you will not be allowed to put your phone on speakers). To benefit from optimal audio quality, we recommend that you use on-ear headphones.
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before the performance starts in order to allow enough time to get your application ready:
Open the "C-o-n-t-a-c-t" app and enter your phone number, or the code our stage manager will give to you. You will access our virtual waiting room. You will be asked to confirm that you are ready: press "I'm here". You are now ready to enter the experience, please wait.
From then on, do not close the application. You can however put your phone on standby and put it away until the end of the experiment.
Raise your hand, our stage manager will come to help you.
Log onto the application, enter your phone number (or find our stage manager). You’ll automatically sync with the rest of the audience and be able to jump on the bandwagon.
Be careful though, 10 minutes after the start of the show, the actors will start walking around the streets of London… If you arrive too late, you might not find the group!
You come with your own smartphone and your earphones / headphones.
We limit the attendance to 15 people to keep a small group, in accordance with government instructions.
You will keep applying the sanitary guidelines, especially social distancing with the actors and the other audience members. We also recommend you wear a mask during the experience.
Thanks to the audio device, the show is invisible / silent to the passers-by. There is no risk of crowding!
WHO
Yes. The youngest should be able to stay focused during the whole experience.
Please be aware that this experience is an unseated experience, and will involve walking and standing, please take this into consideration before booking.
This experience is suitable for people with wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
We recognise that accessibility queries vary from person to person. To make sure that all are catered for personally, we ask you to email contact@c-o-n-t-a-c-t.fr so we can contact you with more information.
Please note: the core experience may not be suitable for visually or hearing-impaired guests.
The concept is mainly based on a sound experience. It is possible to adjust the volume to your liking in order to benefit from optimal listening quality.
Complete deafness in one or both ears will drastically impact the quality of the experience.
It is possible to change the name on the ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your session. Any modification becomes impossible after that deadline.
To make a modification, you must contact us via mailto:info@contactshow.co.uk for UK, or contact@c-o-n-t-a-c-t.fr for France and give us the contact details of the new ticket holder (phone number, email…)
If the sanitary situation were to impact on the smooth running of the performance, we should postpone the performance to a later date. A refund might be offered to you, if need be.
WHERE
All meeting points are located in central points, for all our towns in the countries we play, and are easily accessible via public transports.
However, do not forget to keep yourself informed of all government sanitary guidelines on public transports, and allow enough time to get to the meeting point.
In the event of a light rain, the performance will be maintained. We invite you to bring an umbrella with you. However, if the weather was to be detrimental to the smooth running of the performance, we will inform you and will allow you to choose to attend the next available performance of your choice.
Hot weather recommendation: we recommend you to bring a bottle of water and a headgear.
